We believe that supporting scholarship in the Jewish community will help to advance the issue of Jewish continuity in the United States, and that a strong Israel is vital to the future of the Jewish people.

Young Leadership and Vocational Training Program
Together with the Ruderman Family Foundation, Shutaf offers a young leadership training program that gives teenagers with and without special needs the skills, self-confidence, mentoring, and guidance they need to begin preparing for adulthood. The vocational program provides an excellent, hands-on learning opportunity while emphasizing the important Jewish values of acceptance and understanding.
